I'm not certain though, that the mapping system has taken into account the amount of development in the area, and the fact that this "creek" is now more of a drainage ditch and is at a much lower elevation than the homes around it. I'm definitely looking forward to the future of the mapping tools to see what other hazards FEMA associates with my location!
